Alternative Narratives is a new NAREA professional development series, which will feature wide-ranging and diverse voices from the global community and will serve to strengthen regional communities of early childhood educators and advocates throughout North America.

The inaugural Alternative Narratives series will include initiatives in three cities:

• April 22, 2017 – 9:00am to 4:00pm – St. Francis College, Brooklyn, NY
  Featuring: co-editors of Loris Malaguzzi and the Schools of Reggio Emilia,
  Paola Cagliari from Reggio Emilia, and Peter Moss from London
• April 24, 2017 – 6:30pm to 9:00pm – Harvard Faculty Club, Cambridge, MA
  Featuring: co-editors of Loris Malaguzzi and the Schools of Reggio Emilia,
  Paola Cagliari from Reggio Emilia, and Peter Moss from London
• April 25, 2017 – 9:00am to 4:00pm – First Church in Cambridge, Cambridge, MA
  Featuring: co-editors of Loris Malaguzzi and the Schools of Reggio Emilia,
  Marina Castagnetti from Reggio Emilia, and Peter Moss from London
• April 27, 2017 – 9:00am to 4:00pm – St. John’s Episcopal Preschool, Washington, DC
  Featuring: co-editors of Loris Malaguzzi and the Schools of Reggio Emilia,
  Marina Castagnetti from Reggio Emilia, and Peter Moss from London
